The restaurant l'Espadon awarded a second Michelin star

<B>An honour</B> that rewards the work of a talented brigade and an exceptional service<BR><BR><B>Michel Roth, Executive Chef at the Ritz</B>, has just been awarded a second star in the 2009 Michelin Guide. The award recognises the hard work and creativity of the Chef brigade and restaurant manager Christophe Kelsch’s team and their constant pursuit of excellence.<BR>&nbsp;<BR><B>With the complicity of Arnaud Faye, the new Chef of L'Espadon</B> restaurant since September 2007, Michel Roth is reinventing the palace cuisine, taking it to a degree of refinement that enchants and challenges the senses.<BR><BR>This latest award comes only a few months after the <B>2009 edition of the GaultMillau Guide awarded a 17/20 grade to L’Espadon</B>, the setting for Michel Roth's creations. Obviously, the Ritz is now a dining experience not to be missed in Paris. <BR><BR><BR>
