Ritz Escoffier course

Professionals or expert amateurs, get your aprons! This 10-week course, again combining theory and practical work, is designed to perfect your knowledge of the classics of French cuisine and pastry-making.
 
As well as learning culinary techniques, you will also address subjects such as wines and cheeses or choosing products at market. Our chefs will also introduce you to the different trends in contemporary cuisine, using as their examples the recipes served in the Espadon restaurant.
Awarded only after the final student assessment, the Ritz Escoffier Diploma – recognised by great chefs the world over – opens up real career prospects for the aspiring chef.
