Marmitons Workshop

White aprons flutter around the work-table, everything is moving at top speed between the work-surface and the ovens. The chef moves from one child to the next, putting the finishing touches: "I want pepper on all that! Who is supposed to be adding the olives?"
One Wednesday each month, children between 6 and 12 prepare a full menu specially designed for them. Crumbles, ideas for Mother's Day, or Grandma's Cake: each theme is an opportunity for children to learn some of the basics of gastronomy in a relaxed, fun atmosphere. At the end of the course, each child proudly takes home a certificate and the afternoon's culinary triumph.
