How to choose the courses that fit my needs?

You are aware of the range of courses offered by the Ritz Escoffier school, and you have an initial idea of the course or courses that correspond to your needs and goals. At this point, it is essential to contact the school so that the Administration can advise and assist you in your choice, and can, at the same time, confirm the dates and availability of courses.

How to reserve my courses ?

Once we have selected together your courses, you may enroll by sending us the enrollment form that is included in the school’s brochure, or enroll directly through our secured website.

• For short-term courses (less than one week): The school will confirm your enrollment and the hours of courses after receipt of the total payment for classes.

• For courses of one week or longer: The school will confirm your enrollment by mail, fax or e-mail, after you have paid a deposit of 50% of the fees for the course
(or complete payment if your enrollment is less than 6 weeks before classes begin), and after you have provided two identity photos, a copy of your passport and proof of your personal insurance.

Add 55 € to your total for inscription fees. You
will be informed of class schedules a week before the beginning of the course.

How can I pay for my courses ?

The school makes several different modes of payment possible:

• The majority of international credit cards are accepted (Visa, American Express, Mastercard, JCB, Diners…)

• Checks (euros only) made out to Hotel Ritz

• Travelers’ Checks (euros only)

• Cash (euros only)

• Bank transfer (euros only)

You may send your payment by mail or make a payment through our secured website.

For all special conditions regarding payment (payment plans, financial aid....) please contact the school’s administration.

Is it possible to cancel my reservation ?

If you wish to cancel your reservation:

• For short courses: No reimbursement or rescheduling can be arranged if cancellation is less than two weeks before the beginning of a course. Rescheduling depends on course availability.
