The present site is the property of The Ritz Hôtel Limited, a company governed by English law, with capital of 2,000,000 Pounds Sterling, whose registered office is located at 14 South Street, London, WIY 5 PJ, whose principle place of business in France is located at 15 place Vendôme - F-75001, entered on the "RCS" - Trade and Companies Register - of Paris, France, under the n° B 572 219 913, (hereinafter the « Ritz Paris »).
Nominative data : In conformity with the provisions of the Act of 6 January 1978, concerning computing, computer files and civil liberties, the automatic processing of nominative data realised on the basis of the web site has been set out in a declaration made to the "Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés" (CNIL) - French National Committee for Computer Files and Civil Liberties.
The information communicated by the user is necessary to respond to its request, and shall be sent to the Ritz Paris hotel, in charge of processing, for the purposes of administrative and/or commercial management.
